Rooted & Rising: Faith and Resilience in the Face of Climate Disaster

As we near the 20th anniversary of Hurricane Katrina, the federal government is eroding laws that were designed to support and serve communities vulnerable to climate disasters.

And yet, even as resources for climate resilience become scare, we are seeing everyday citizens find ways to care for one another.

We remain rooted and rising!

We invite you to join us for a day of powerful storytelling and collective action as we assemble 5,000 disaster relief kits to better prepare communities for climate resilience. There will be food, music and much more!
